Crescent City Farmers Market to host pop up drive thru market on Sunday, April 5

The Crescent City Farmers Market will be hosting a pop up, drive thru farmers market on Sunday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Parkway Bakery and Tavern (538 Hagan Avenue). This PRE-ORDER ONLY market will feature fruits and vegetables, meats, dairy and eggs, breads and baked goods, and a variety of artisanal prepared and ready to eat foods. All purchases must be made directly through vendors using electronic payment methods – no sales will take place on site. Click here to see the list of vendors in attendance, a menu of available products, and contact information for how to purchase from vendors directly. Vendors will be taking orders until Saturday, April 4 at noon. For SNAP purchases, shoppers are encouraged to place orders with Market Umbrella staff at 504-495-1459. Market Umbrella’s Market Match program, which matches SNAP purchases dollar for dollar, up to $20, will also be available, and staff will be able to assist with these transactions. All payment methods, SNAP and Credit Cards, must be completed by April 4 at noon.

Crescent City Farmers Market has partnered with Top Box Foods to create boxes full of CCFM vendor products for home delivery on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Fridays/Saturdays. Boxes are available at Top Box Foods. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to see when sales are launched.
